Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order. By engaging in business with Butt G Organic Salt (Pvt. Ltd.), you agree to the following terms governing all transactions.
1. Payment Terms
- All transactions are conducted on a no-credit basis unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Advance or full payment is required before production begins.
- Accepted payment methods include bank wire transfer, Letter of Credit (LC), and Cash on Delivery (COD) for approved clients.
- Full payment must be received prior to shipment release.
- Partial payments may be arranged for large orders with prior approval.
- All prices are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise, and exchange rates are fixed at the time of quotation.
2. Production Rules
- Production begins only after payment confirmation and final approval of order specifications.
- Standard production time is 2–4 weeks, depending on order volume.
- Rush orders may be accommodated with additional charges.
- Production schedules may be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather affecting mining operations).
- Quality inspections are conducted at multiple stages. Third-party inspections are allowed at the client’s expense.
3. Organic Guarantee
- All products are guaranteed 100% organic, chemical-free, non-colored, and non-flavored, unless otherwise specified.
- We provide full documentation including certificates, lab reports, and traceability records with each shipment.
- Salt is sourced from certified natural mines and processed under international standards.
- Any variation from agreed specifications must be approved in writing before production.
4. Export Compliance
- All exports comply with Pakistani export regulations and destination country requirements.
- Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary import licenses and permits.
- We provide all required documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and phytosanitary certificates.
- All customs duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Packaging Standards
- Standard packaging includes food-grade polypropylene bags (25kg / 50kg) packed in export-quality cartons or pallets.
- Custom packaging and labeling are available upon request with minimum order requirements.
- All packaging meets international food safety standards.
- Packaging specifications must be finalized before production; changes may incur additional costs.
6. Refund & Claims Policy
- Refunds are not applicable once production has started, except in cases of verified quality defects.
- Sample orders are non-refundable.
- In case of quality issues, we may offer replacement or credit at our discretion.
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, supported by evidence (photos, reports).
7. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
- Raw salt: Minimum 10 metric tons
- Refined salt: Minimum 5 metric tons
- Value-added products: MOQ varies by product type
- Orders below MOQ may incur additional charges
- Sample orders (1–5 kg) are available for quality verification
8. Confidentiality
- All business communications, pricing, and proprietary information are strictly confidential.
- Client data and business relationships will not be disclosed without consent.
- Reverse engineering or sharing proprietary processes is strictly prohibited.
- Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) are available upon request.
9. Shipping Terms
We offer standard international shipping terms:
- FOB (Free on Board): Buyer arranges shipping; we handle export clearance
- CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight): We arrange shipping to destination port
- EXW (Ex Works): Buyer manages full logistics from our facility
Shipping timelines vary by destination (typically 3–6 weeks via sea freight).
10. Inspection Rights
- Clients may inspect goods before shipment at our facility or port.
- Third-party inspection agencies are permitted at buyer’s expense.
- Inspections must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
- Any non-conformance will be rectified before shipment.
11. Customization Options
- Full customization is available for packaging, branding, and labeling.
- Custom formulations are available for bulk orders.
- Artwork must be submitted in AI, EPS, or PDF format at least 2 weeks before production.
- Customization costs depend on design complexity and order size.
12. Legal Protection
- These terms form a binding agreement upon order confirmation.
- Any amendments must be agreed in writing by both parties.
- We are not liable for delays due to force majeure events (natural disasters, political instability, pandemics).
- Liability is limited to the value of the specific order. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
13. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes will first be resolved through mutual negotiation.
- If unresolved, disputes will be referred to arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
- Arbitration will take place in Lahore, Pakistan, in the English language.
- Each party will bear its own legal costs unless decided otherwise.
Final Agreement
By placing an order with Butt G Organic Salt (Pvt. Ltd.), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
